At Aurayiah, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized by our Customer Support Team before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused and will not be eligible for processing.

2. Return Eligibility

14-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within thirty (14) days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase, including the order number or receipt, is required.

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by Aurayiah

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was damaged upon arrival.

  • The item received was defective.

  • An incorrect item was shipped.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Aurayiah is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A full refund

  • Store credit, where applicable

7. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days.

  • Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

For all other exchanges, customers should place a new order after completing the return process.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days following approval:

  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
