  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders are subject to payment verification and inventory availability.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

  • Transit times vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout.

4. Free Shipping

Aurayiah may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

Eligibility requirements and minimum purchase amounts, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Selected European Countries

Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations and carrier service coverage.

6. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO Military Addresses

  • U.S. Territories

  • Certain restricted or high-risk regions

Some oversized, hazardous, or restricted products may not be eligible for shipment.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Aurayiah is not responsible for packages delivered to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.

Aurayiah is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages caused by carrier errors

  • Stolen packages marked as delivered

However, our support team will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipping-related issues.

9. Order Tracking

After shipment, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active within the carrier's system.

10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Government fees

  • Brokerage charges

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
