4. Are Aurayiah products suitable for sensitive skin or allergies?
Most of our shoes and handbags are made from skin-friendly, hypoallergenic materials. Each listing clearly mentions the materials used. If you have sensitivities, you can reach out to us before making your purchase.
5. What if I receive the wrong or faulty product?
In the rare case that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email contact@aurayiah.com or call +44 1262 672657 with your order number and photos. Our team will quickly arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom — with free standard shipping on every order.
7. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

8. Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been processed, contact us right away at contact@aurayiah.com or +44 1262 672657. Once an order ships, we can’t modify the address.
9. What payment methods do you accept?

10. Can I modify my order after checkout?
Once an order is placed, changes are limited. If you contact us within 24 hours, we’ll do our best to assist before the order is processed.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
12. What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 14 business days of delivery. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive the returned item in its original, unused condition. For details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
13. Can I cancel my order after purchase?
You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing contact@aurayiah.com or calling +44 1262 672657. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.

After your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours. You can also log in to your Aurayiah account to view your order status anytime.
15. What if my parcel arrives damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 business days (Mon–Fri) with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer protection laws.
16. What happens if a product goes out of stock?
If an item is unavailable, you can sign up for a restock alert on the product page or contact our team for similar product suggestions.
