2. Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.
Certain products, such as intimate wear, personalized goods, and clearance items, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photographs of the issue so we can assess the claim quickly.
Once approved, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
